La \"boue propre\" (eau avec bentonite) est pomp\u00e9e du r\u00e9servoir de boue propre dans le tuyau de forage et s'\u00e9chappe \u00e0 la t\u00eate de forage pendant le forage. La \"boue sale\" r\u00e9appara\u00eet dans le puits de forage (point de d\u00e9part du forage). Lorsque le puits de forage est presque plein, il est pomp\u00e9 dans l'unit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (RU), o\u00f9 les \"Mudmasters\" optimisent la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la bentonite. Les particules de sable sont absorb\u00e9es par la bentonite. Comme le sable ne se m\u00e9lange pas bien \u00e0 l'eau, contrairement \u00e0 la bentonite, ce processus s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en douceur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la bentonite. Une particule de bentonite peut \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e cinq fois. Le Mudmaster peut optimiser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la boue en contr\u00f4lant le wt% des solides.<\/p>\n<h6><b>Objectif<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>Le premier objectif est de supprimer l'\u00e9chantillonnage manuel par le \"Mudmaster\" et de le remplacer par une mesure continue de la densit\u00e9 en ligne et en temps r\u00e9el afin d'optimiser le processus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me objectif est de lire la densit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le test et de d\u00e9terminer une relation entre le pourcentage de solides qui entrent dans l'unit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et l'usure de l'unit\u00e9. Si le wt% des solides peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9, il est possible d'\u00e9viter une usure excessive et d'\u00e9conomiser de l'argent sur l'entretien et le remplacement des tuyaux de l'unit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<h6><b>R\u00e9sultats\u00a0<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>Pendant la semaine, le <u><a href=\"https:\/\/rhosonics.com\/fr\/produits\/densimetre-pour-boues\/\">SDM<\/a><\/u> et les \u00e9chantillons de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s par le Mudmaster) variaient d'environ 1% l'un par rapport \u00e0 l'autre. Le client a acquis la certitude que le SDM peut prendre en charge la lecture de la densit\u00e9 et \u00e9liminer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'un \u00e9chantillonnage manuel. Cela permettra au Mudmaster de gagner beaucoup de temps. Comme le SDM mesure en ligne et en temps r\u00e9el, le Mudmaster est capable de contr\u00f4ler de mani\u00e8re optimale le processus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 les fichiers d'enregistrement, le responsable de la maintenance a pu facilement identifier les cas o\u00f9 les solides wt% \u00e9taient \u00e9lev\u00e9s et provoquaient une usure inutile. Gr\u00e2ce aux fichiers d'enregistrement, le ma\u00eetre-bourbeur et le responsable de la maintenance ont appris o\u00f9 le processus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration pouvait \u00eatre optimis\u00e9 la prochaine fois. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement montrer \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues comment s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e la production au cours de la semaine en tra\u00e7ant les donn\u00e9es.
